"Our furnace fan was making a very loud noise. We were starting a10 night stay at Ft. Worden. I saw great reviews for On The Go and gave them a call. Bryan was really helpful. He came over in the early evening after finishing a long day of work on other RVs. I was impressed that he came on the same day I called and was eager to help us out. His work was very efficient and quick. Our furnace does not have an external access panel, so it is a bit of a pain to get access. He found a foreign object in the fan housing, most likely deposited by a rodent. He had everything back together and running in one hour.
